Protection of Personal Information

All personal details inserted in the present website (name, surname, email, address, telephone numbers, etc.) are directly inserted into FourStars’s database website by the candidates themselves. The details are accessible by the companies that rely on FourStars’s services and can be eliminated and/or modified at any time by sending an e-mail to: info@stageincina.it

Furthermore, each candidate has the right to:
a) know, with free access, of the existence of personal information processes regarding him;
b) information pursuant to the Legislative Decree 196/2003 article 7;
c) to obtain, through the owner or responsible in charge, without delay:
1) the existing personal information regarding him/her, even if still not registered, and communication in intelligible form of the data and of its origin, moreover, their logic and purpose of treatment; the request can be renewed, except in justified cases, at intervals of at least 90 days.
2) the cancellation, the transformation in an anonymous form or the blocking of details processed in violation of the law, including those that are not supposed to be conserved in relationship to the scopes they had been collected for or subsequently treated;
3) the update, the rectification, in case of interest, the integration of data;
4) the statement that the operations above at numbers 2) and 3) were made known, also in terms of content, to those to whom the personal details were communicated to or diffused, except cases where impossible to do so or imply the employment of manifestly disproportionate means in respect to the tutelary right;
d) to object, totally or partly, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal details, even if pertinent to the scope of the data collection;
e) to object, totally or partly, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal details, foreseen to give commercial information or the sending of advertising material in case of market surveys or of interactive commercial communications and to be informed by the owner, the moment the details are communicated or diffused, of the possibility, of exercising such right freely.

To ensure the correct development of all connected activities, or instrumental to the delivery of the services, FourStars, where necessary, will communicate personal details to other Associations and/or companies connected (partnerships, etc.)
By using the services present on the portal, and/or manifesting consent to the registration, who surfs the website guarantees that all personal details supplied to FourStars are correct, true and updated. Committing, moreover, to update registered details in order to keep them constantly updated, complete, and true.
The owner of the personal data is FourStars’s president Pro tempore.

Use of Services

Anybody intending to access any of the services has to register as services client (following, “Client” or “Clients”) and commits to use the services exclusively for legitimate scopes and allowed by the applicable provisions of law, uses and consuetudinary, by diligence rules, and in any case without harming any third party, user or not of the means of communications, paying particular attention to data protection, to intellectual and industrial property laws and to norms regarding telecommunications.
The Client assumes full and entire responsibility, on the contents of the messages and texts sent by him or by FourStars on his behalf to third parties, due to services supplied by FourStars, main office based in Piazzale Aquileia, 10 - 20144, through the websites www.4stars.it and www.stageincina.it, becoming sole responsible and relieving FourStars, and any other connected or controlled subject, its representatives, employees, and any other FourStars partner from any resulting claim for damages caused by the Client or by people authorized by the Client to access the services and the reimbursement of any costs sustained by FourStars as a result of it.
