The Internship Master Program has a cultural mediation inclination which provides a deep understanding of the Chinese culture from its language, tourism, art, business and negotiation approaches, and ensures both a personal and professional growth.

An inter-cultural training will take place throughout the first two weeks in Shanghai: business-oriented seminars, held by experts of the Chinese market. Simultaneously, participants will attend a Mandarin Chinese course in a school accredited by the Chinese Ministry of Education, held by specialized teachers.

The practical internship phase starts in week three. All attendees are guaranteed a tailored placement, to match everyone's specific profile and expectations. We also provide: on-site company introduction by FourStars staff in Shanghai, Networking events and Career development training, review meetings and a final internship certificate.

The Program provides 360° support for all bureaucracy and 24/7 on site assistance.
